Managing your membership

Your SmartSpider.net PRO membership is an annual membership. You can manage your subscription in your dashboard. Your membership automatically renews on your anniversary unless cancelled by you, the member.

SmartSpider.net values you as a member and seeks to be of service to you. In cases of hardship you may request a cancellation prior to your annual renewal date. You may submit a written request for review by our board. You will be notified within 30 days if your request for cancellation is approved.

If approved you will automatically revert to a FREE membership state and remain a valued member of the SmartSpider.net network. You will continue to be welcome at all SmartSpider.net Ask a Pro and SmartMixer events. You will no longer be eligible to receive any of the SmartSpider.net PRO premium benefits.
