I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) helping active adults eat, live and be healthier no matter where you are today.
I’ve been a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist since 1999 and have worked in health, wellness, and disease prevention/management my entire career. I worked in corporate wellness for over 13 years prior to going on my own in private practice.
My goal for my clients is to enjoy one of our most basic needs in life: food.
People who work with me are more confident in their food choices, trust their own instincts and recognize that “eating isn’t cheating”.
I promote health and wellness through food and nutrition and I promote health and wellness in life.
