Growing up with humble beginnings and struggling through school, my mom placed me into the martial arts where I learned discipline and structure early on. I used that physical prowess to provide me direction in my life and every time I have strayed from it I have found that coming back to it puts me in the right place mentally, physically and emotionally. Over the last 20 years I have provided people this same knowledge and has become my life passion.

I have touched over 100,000 people throughout the world with my craft and have well over 10,000 training hours. There are over 1,000 current and past clients who have lost over 50 pounds or greater with me. I manage over 20 professional fitness show competitors, created over 20 successful fitness formats and have trained over 250 fitness trainers within my organization who now in turn are giving back. I was “Shadow Warrior” in Fox Networks WMMAC Masters and trained with the Beijing Wu-Shu Team.
