With a background in hospitality, living for fun on the back roads as education, a constant pull to make a difference, and nutrition as a hobby, it’s no wonder I am certified as a Health Coach from Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I did this program for fun and it changed my life. I learned so much about myself and my own struggles with emotional eating disorder that I simply had to share it with the world. My specialty is working with women and children that struggle with worthiness, confidence, and low self esteem and use food to cover up their emotions. It takes balancing all aspects of our lives to truly be healthy. I am so fortunate to work with individuals on their journey to freedom, and include practices with nutrition, movement, creativity, finances, relationships, cooking, and many more!
